- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I will never return to this place. The pharmacist shorted me on an antibiotic syrup for my daughter. I noticed on the 4th day that I was short 5 doses! My daughter had an infection and needed another 1 1/2 days. The syrup is in a dark bottle, so I didnt notice till the bottle was almost empty. When I called them, another pharmacist said I would have to go back to the GP to get another prescription! I told him that made no sense since I should have received the total amount ordered. He said he would give me another bottle if I came in.
When I came in, he wanted to charge me another $17.15! I was very upset to have to pay for another bottle when it was their fault I didnt get the full amount. I told him I was very unhappy and would go online to report their horrible customer service. He got angry and told me he wouldnt sell it to me and that he was doing me a favor by offering me another bottle. I asked him how he was doing me a favor by wasting my time and expecting me to pay twice. How unprofessional! So I told him that was fine and he could count the loss on the medication, since he couldnt sell it to anyone else now.
Thankfully, I got another prescription from the GP without paying for another visit. I took it to another pharmacy down the street and it only cost $5.90!!! What a rip-off !! I am not Australian, so I dont have Medicare. Everything is private pay. It was unbelievable how much of a difference.
I only went here out of convenience as it is next to the medical center. From the interaction I had with 2 of the pharmacists, I question their competence and integrity. I have no trust or confidence in them. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.By Mark_X, April 16, 2017
